charming escape in old town Rhodes 🏛️
The rooftop area is such a vibe for sundowners, ja! The brekkie was a lekker spread with fresh juice, and our chommie at reception went out of his way, even drove us to the port. Feels like home, man!
The room was a bit smaller than I thought, but still cozy enough to chill after exploring.

pleasant stay with minor hiccups
The standout feature of our stay was the unique charm of the Deluxe Stone Room, which provided a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff was consistently attentive, making dinner reservations and ensuring we had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor courtyard, where we shared wine with friends, adding a social touch to our evenings. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of fresh, local options that made mornings delightful.
The location, although central, had some noise issues from the nearby streets at night.

The wine bar here is a standout feature, offering personalized tasting options that are perfect for a relaxed evening. I also appreciated the quirky art-centric design of the hotel and the unique historical storytelling that enriched my stay.
Room sizes can be a bit cramped, which might not be ideal for longer stays or with more luggage. There’s some noise from the surrounding streets that might be bothersome during peak season, and the centralized air conditioning is rather noisy, making for a less than perfect sleep. if you’re in a standard room, prepare for limited storage space, as some have pointed out difficulty fitting their belongings comfortably. The layout of the bathrooms, with the toilet separate from the shower, could also use some thought for convenience.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Old Town!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautifully designed room with exquisite stone accents. The wine tasting experience led by the knowledgeable sommelier was a highlight of our trip. Be sure to arrange transportation with the hotel, as taxis cannot access the area directly.
